About The Instructors
The Fencing Exchange
was co-founded in 1996 by
John Proctor
and Kim Glemboski. The two were trained and
received their teaching certificates from the
United States Fencing Association, at
the Olympic
Training Center, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Both are certified by the
USFencing to teach
Foil, Epee, and Sabre. They have extensive knowledge in the field of health and exercise.
Before opening The Fencing Exchange, they instructed at
the University of Scranton, Marywood College, Luzerne County Community College, Abington
Heights School District, Tunkhannock Area School District, the Greater Scranton YMCA, the
Waverly Community House, and the Honesdale YMCA. They continue to be very active in
promoting fencing within the
community.
The Fencing Exchange is a member club of the
United States Fencing Association. |
